About BookWorkations
BookWorkations helps teams find a château or country estate in France where they can really work together: with meeting rooms, desks and Wi-Fi, not just bedrooms.
Why we built it
Planning a team offsite abroad usually means weeks of emails: does the venue sleep everyone, is there a room where the whole team fits, is the Wi-Fi good enough for a day of work? We put those questions first. Every listing shows the work facilities, and what is not verified yet is marked as such.
How it works
- Describe your team and wishes in your own words, or browse all venues with filters.
- Our AI turns your request into requirements and explains why each venue fits.
- Venues with live availability can be booked directly. For other venues you send a request; we check availability and price with the venue, usually within 48 hours.
Where the venue information comes from
From venue owners, and from DATAtourisme, the official open tourism database of France (Licence Ouverte 2.0). Each venue page shows its source and when it was last updated. Travel times are calculated by car from your team's city with OpenRouteService; estimates are marked with ≈.
